A loft bathroom is the answer to the needs of lovers of austere, minimalist style, which has already been in our interiors for good. Lofts are definitely different from warm and cosy arrangements, which still dominate many apartments. However, concrete, brick and cast iron can also look very stylish and industrial design can be synonymous with good taste and taste.

The choice of style in the bathroom is fundamental. Especially the decision to furnish a loft bathroom should be made at an early stage of interior design, because this style is characterized by exposing structural elements that are most often hidden in other interior styles. A modern loft bathroom should have exposed ceiling pillars and beams, exposed fragments of the wall or installations protruding from the wall. The style of the lofts are concrete surfaces (or concrete-style), raw finish, gray cement and minimalism. It is best to look for inspiration in factories. What to choose?

The loft style was born in the 1950s, in the United States. As a result of the recession, many companies ended their operations at that time, which left empty warehouses, factories and production halls. The first tenants became artists, creating from huge, raw, empty spaces of apartments, studios and exhibition spaces. One such artist was Andy Warhol, who founded Silver Factory on the premises of a former hat factory.

However, we are not all lucky enough to have a high interior in the former factory hall. Does this mean that we should give up our dream of an elegant, minimalist loft bathroom? Certainly not!
